G-Rated Content: All material posted or linked to, must be G rated. Absolutely no foul language, racial epithets, sexually explicit content, insults or attacks on an individual or company be tolerated.
Keep posts on topic. Please keep to the topic of any given thread and do not start the same thread in multiple forums.
Respect Privacy. Do not post personal email, phone numbers, pictures, etc. of another person without their permission.
No Advertising: Users may not advertise or link to an ad to buy or sell any property. Users may not post ads promoting a business in the body of a post, in the signature, nor may they post links or solicitations to visit competitive web sites.
Promoting Non-Commercial Events: Posts promoting a not-for-profit event of interest to the community will be permitted. These posts should appear in a maximum of 6 forums and not repeated more than once a month.
Promoting a Vendor: Excessive promotion of vendor(s) will be viewed as advertising. Systematic and sustained vendor bashing is not permitted.
Copyright Materials: You may not post any copyrighted material that you do not have rights to. Please link to external articles rather than post them in the forums. Posting or soliciting copyrighted material is prohibited.
Failure to Comply: Failure to comply with the rules may result in posts/threads being edited or deleted as deemed necessary. Continued violations of the rules outlined above may result in restricted permissions and possibly permanent banishment from the forum. Any decisions made by the forum moderators are final.
